"Fantastic property in a great location with a magnificent host.
We visited in July as 3 couples with 2 kids. Great place for groups, the property allows for lots of privacy. Pool was fantastic with a comfortable, spacious outdoor area. Lots of mod cons. we loved the lift, and having 3 dishwashers. Very good appliances & everything you could need. The house & surrounds were spotless.
Our host, Kim, was excellent, welcoming up on arrival to show us around & gave us lots of local information & tips.
We would all highly recommend this property. Hope to visit again."

" Amazing house & perfect for the kids
We spent 5 beautiful nights at The Port Douglas Beach House and the only problem was having to leave this awesome house. It is right beside the beach with a beautiful pool (with a pool bar ;-), large kitchen and lots of stunning nature. "Einfach ein fantastischer Ort zum entspannen
Der Strand liegt direkt vor der Tür und der große Pool lädt zu morgendlichen Schwimmrunden ein. Die Wendeltreppe ist ein hingucker und das Kochen in der genial durchgedachten Küche macht sogar im Urlaub Spaß, obwohl wir auch öfters ein BBQ am Pool genossen haben. Ich reise nun schon seit über 30 Jahre um die ganze Welt aber das Port Douglas Beach Haus ist mit Abstand das schönste in dem ich je gewohnt habe. Ich bereue nur, dass ich nicht länger bleiben konnte. Aber wir planen bereits unseren nächsten Trip dorthin, nur diesmal mit zwei meiner Freundinnen und deren Familie und einige Wochen länger. Denn die Lage ist genial, das Great Barrier Reef ist ein Steinwurf entfernt, Daintree National Park und viele andere Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Die Stadtmitte von Port Douglas ist auch nicht weit entfernt und die Sonne scheint immer. Außerdem sind die Eigentümer sehr nett und gaben uns nützliche Tips was wann , wo zu sehen ist und die "must do's". Dieses Beach House kann ich nur empfehlen und bekommt von mir 5 Sterne. Einfach GENIAL I loved it."
